PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE II
Home Health / Hospice
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Full-time position to provide skilled nursing services for the home health / hospice program. Rotate on-call schedule with other nurses.
REQUIRED MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
License to practice as a registered nurse in N.C. BSN or graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and one year of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting.

SALARY: $41,157 (Negotiable based on experience)

PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE III / HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Full-time position with the home health and hospice programs with benefits package. Responsible for the quality assurance program which includes the development and revision of policies and procedures to maintain accreditation. Provide skilled nursing services to a limited caseload of home health and hospice patients and participate in the on-call rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS: License to practice as a registered nurse in N.C. BSN or graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and three years of nursing experience; two years of home health experience preferred.

PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE II - CLINIC NURSE
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Clinic nurse for all personal health clinical services. Programs include: Family Planning, Maternal Health, Child Health, Breast and Cervical Cancer and Immunizations. Work hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.
